Our quality management system follows the PDCA methodology – Plan, Do, Check, Act. It is an ongoing mix of planning, budgeting, reviewing, testing, inspecting, auditing and reporting on the quality of the contracts we undertake. The program reinforces our commitment to excellence.

Operational Excellence

Lexy Group’s operational management systems address service delivery, risk management, environmental management and customer relationship management. We are currently preparing for accreditation with the following standards:
